Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pablo Barbero Bautista, trading as Smile Lab Games (“Smile Lab Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), processes information through the Smile Lab Games website and our games, including Chicken Cannon — Let’s Fly, Tower of Heroes: TD Battle, Idle Cannon Quest, Furry Bombs — Breaker Fun, and Catch Burn Earn (together, the “Services”).
Each game is different. The providers, features, and information involved can vary by game, platform, app version, country or region, age settings, consent choices, and service availability. Not every category or provider described below applies to every player or every session. Where a game has a dedicated privacy policy, that game-specific policy supplements this Policy and takes precedence for details specific to that game.
1. Information that may be processed
Depending on the Service you use, we and our providers may process:
- Device and app identifiers: advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, device or installation identifiers, push tokens, and similar technical identifiers.
- Platform and player information: identifiers, display names, authentication status, scores, achievements, leaderboard activity, and related data from Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or an online game service.
- Approximate location and network information: country, region, language, time zone, IP address, network type, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Our games do not request precise GPS location unless a specific feature and permission clearly state otherwise.
- Game and app activity: launches, sessions, screen views, taps, progression, levels, missions, scores, rewards, inventory, virtual currency, settings, gameplay events, and interactions with game features.
- Advertising information: ad requests, format and placement, network, impressions, clicks, completions, rewards, impression-level revenue, consent signals, and information used for ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, fraud prevention, or personalized advertising where permitted.
- Purchase information: product identifier, purchase status, currency, price, transaction or receipt information, and restoration status. Google Play and Apple process payment-card or bank details; we do not receive full payment-card details.
- Diagnostics and performance: crash logs, errors, SDK errors, device and app metadata, loading times, responsiveness, and other technical or performance information.
- Online and user-provided content: where a game offers online profiles or multiplayer features, information such as a player name, avatar choice, status or hero phrase, match activity, rankings, or content submitted for display to other players.
- Communications: information you include when contacting support, subscribing to communications, entering a promotion, or making a privacy request.
- Website information: server logs, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, cookie or similar-technology data, and information submitted through forms or newsletter sign-up fields.
We do not intentionally request contacts, private messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, health data, or files stored on your device unless a specific feature clearly explains why the information is needed.
2. Why information is processed
We and our providers may process information to:
- operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
- save progress and provide accounts, authentication, leaderboards, achievements, online matches, and social or multiplayer features;
- process, verify, and restore in-app purchases;
- deliver rewarded, interstitial, banner, or other advertising;
- measure advertising performance and revenue;
- provide analytics, balance gameplay, and understand engagement and retention;
- diagnose crashes, errors, abuse, and performance problems;
- prevent invalid traffic, cheating, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
- provide support and respond to privacy requests;
- communicate about a Service when you ask us to or subscribe; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable, the legal basis may be your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, improving, measuring, and protecting the Services, or compliance with a legal obligation. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
3. Advertising, analytics, and platform providers
Depending on the game and platform, the Services may use products supplied by:
- Google, including Google Play, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Google Analytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, and Google’s consent tools;
- Apple, including the App Store, in-app purchases, Game Center, and Apple privacy or advertising controls;
- Unity Technologies, including Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Analytics, Unity Developer Data, and Unity diagnostics or cloud services;
- Meta, including Meta Audience Network;
- online game, hosting, content-delivery, customer-support, security, and website providers, where used by a particular Service; and
- WordPress and website technology providers used to operate the Smile Lab Games website.
These providers may act as processors/service providers or as independent controllers, depending on the product, information, and applicable law. Advertising mediation allows eligible advertising networks to compete to show an ad. A participating network may receive an ad request even when a different network ultimately displays the ad.
Provider privacy information: Google, Firebase, Apple, Unity, Meta, and WordPress.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Where required, a game may present a consent or privacy message before enabling relevant advertising, analytics, storage, or access to device information. Your choices can affect personalized advertising, identifier availability, and measurement. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising: contextual, non-personalized, or limited ads may still be shown, and limited information may still be processed for technical delivery, security, fraud prevention, frequency control, and basic reporting where legally permitted.
Where available, you can revisit privacy choices from the game’s settings or privacy entry point. You can also manage the Android advertising identifier in Android privacy settings and tracking permission in iOS Tracking settings. Platform account, leaderboard, and purchase choices can be managed through Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Google Play, or the App Store.
5. Sharing, sale, and targeted advertising
Information may be disclosed to the providers described in this Policy as necessary to operate the relevant Service, supply advertising, analytics, online features, purchases, diagnostics, hosting, security, or support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosure of identifiers or activity to advertising providers can be considered a “sale”, “sharing”, or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where those laws apply, the relevant consent interface, platform control, or provider mechanism will be used to offer the applicable choice.
If you submit information intended for an online profile, leaderboard, multiplayer match, or other public feature, the relevant player name, avatar, score, phrase, or activity may be visible to other users.
6. International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Retention periods differ by Service, provider, and category. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably identify a person.
8. Your rights and data requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email smile.lab.apps@gmail.com with the game or website name and the subject “Privacy Request”. Include the platform, approximate date of the relevant activity, app version, and any player or installation identifier available to you. Do not send a password or full payment-card details.
We may request limited information to verify the request and prevent unauthorized access or deletion. If information is controlled directly by Google, Apple, Unity, Meta, or another provider, we may direct you to that provider’s controls. We may be unable to locate information that is anonymous or cannot reasonably be linked to the details you provide.
9. Children
Our games are intended for a general audience unless a store listing specifically states otherwise; they are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable law. Age ratings describe game content and do not by themselves mean that a game is designed for children.
Advertising, consent, and data practices may be limited according to age, region, platform settings, or the requirements that apply to a particular game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Security
We and our providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. Information transmitted by integrated services is generally protected in transit using industry-standard encryption. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. Website communications and cookies
If you contact us or subscribe to a newsletter, we use the information you provide to respond or send the requested communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message or by contacting us.
The website and its infrastructure may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, embedded content, audience measurement, or other features described in any cookie notice presented on the site. Where legally required, non-essential technologies are not enabled until the relevant choice is made.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated in a game, on the website, or through the relevant app store where appropriate.

The controller responsible for this Policy is:
